AI works best on connected data. So we usually start with integration and data clean-up, then automate repetitive work, and then apply AI — document processing, customer assistants, exception detection. You don't need to start with a big AI project.

A single integration or automation takes weeks; business systems and ERP run in staged phases over months depending on scope. After the first consultation we provide a staged schedule and estimate — and even for large systems we plan for a working first version within weeks.

요구 분석 후 화면·기능·연동 단위로 공수를 산정해 단계별 견적을 드립니다. 고정 범위는 고정 견적으로, 운영·유지보수·지속 개선은 월 단위 계약으로 진행할 수 있으며, 예산에 맞춰 범위를 조절하는 방안도 함께 제안합니다.
After discovery we estimate per screen, feature and integration, and quote per stage. Fixed scope can be fixed price; operations, maintenance and continuous improvement can run as a monthly arrangement. We also suggest ways to fit scope to budget.
